Information collected
When you request a review, Mhags.gg may receive your name, email address, Discord username, game and role information, current rank or progression, goals, written answers, recording links, optional supporting files, consent selections, and related communications. Stripe provides transaction status, purchased items, customer name, email, and limited payment metadata; Mhags.gg does not receive or store full payment-card numbers.
How information is used
Information is used to evaluate the request, match an intake to payment, deliver and support the service, arrange an optional follow-up, prevent fraud or abuse, respond to questions, maintain financial and service records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Mhags.gg does not sell personal information or use intake information for unrelated advertising.
Service providers
Tally hosts the intake form and submitted files; Stripe processes payments and receipts; Discord may be used for delivery, clarification, and optional calls; Senja collects feedback and consent for testimonials; video hosts provide access to recordings; Cloudflare provides hosting, security, and aggregate web analytics. Each provider processes information under its own privacy policy and may operate in other countries.
Recordings and testimonials
Submitted recordings are private by default and are accessed only as needed to perform the service. Any local copy downloaded by Mhags.gg will normally be deleted within 30 days after the included clarification period or purchased follow-up ends. Removing the source recording remains under the customer's control. Feedback is not displayed publicly unless the customer separately authorizes public use through the testimonial process.
Retention
Intake submissions and service correspondence may be retained for up to 12 months for delivery, support, fraud prevention, and dispute handling, then deleted or anonymized when no longer needed. Financial and transaction records may be retained longer when required for tax, accounting, legal, or payment-processing purposes. Third-party providers may apply their own retention requirements.
Website and analytics data
Hosting and security infrastructure may process IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamps, and error or security logs. Mhags.gg uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate traffic and performance information. The site does not intentionally use advertising trackers or sell analytics data.
Public game data and external links
The site's server requests public profile information for accounts controlled by Mhags. API credentials are kept server-side. Visitors are never asked for game passwords, API keys, or account access. External links and embedded resources may send standard request information to their operators and are governed by those services' policies.
Security and choices
Reasonable measures are used to limit access to submitted information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. You may revoke access to a hosted recording after the service is complete. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of information held directly by Mhags.gg, subject to records that must be retained for legal, accounting, security, or dispute purposes.
Children
The service is not directed to children under 13 and Mhags.gg does not knowingly collect their personal information. Customers under 18 should use the service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
