Agreement and eligibility
These terms apply to Mhags.gg, its content, and any coaching or gameplay-review service purchased through the site. By submitting an intake form or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf.
Services
Mhags.gg offers private educational gameplay analysis for World of Warcraft, League of Legends, and Rainbow Six Siege. Each order covers one recording. A Focused Review covers footage up to 35 minutes; an Extended Review covers footage over 35 minutes and up to 60 minutes. Unless expressly included in the listing, additional footage, live gameplay, account access, and repeated reviews are outside the order.
Delivery
The stated 3–5 business-day delivery period begins only after cleared payment, a complete intake, and an accessible recording with enough context to perform the review. Saturdays, Sundays, and United States federal holidays are excluded. Broken, private, removed, or incomplete links pause delivery until corrected. If required material is not supplied within seven days after a request, Mhags.gg may cancel and refund the unperformed order.
Included clarification
Each review includes seven calendar days of reasonable Discord message clarification beginning when the completed review is delivered. Clarification covers the delivered analysis and does not include review of new footage, a new match, or materially expanded coaching.
Optional voice follow-up
If purchased, the Discord voice follow-up is one scheduled 30-minute call about the delivered review. It must be booked within 30 days after delivery. One reschedule is permitted with at least 24 hours' notice. A missed appointment or cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice may be treated as used unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in United States dollars and are charged through Stripe. Promotional pricing is subject to its stated limits and may end when its redemption cap is reached. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and payment information and for any taxes or fees legally applicable to them. Mhags.gg never requests game-account passwords or payment-card details directly.
Refunds and cancellations
A full refund may be requested before analysis begins. Once substantive analysis has begun, payments are generally non-refundable because time has been reserved and work is being performed, except where required by law or when Mhags.gg cannot complete the purchased service. If a delivered file is materially defective or inaccessible, contact Mhags.gg promptly so it can be corrected. Refund requests should be sent to contact@mhags.gg before opening a payment dispute.
No guaranteed outcome
Reviews provide personal observations, education, and recommendations. Results depend on the customer's practice, circumstances, teammates, game updates, and other factors. Mhags.gg does not guarantee wins, rank, rating, progression, selection by a team, revenue, or any other outcome.
Customer footage and permissions
You retain ownership of footage you submit and confirm that you own it or have permission to provide it for private review. You grant Mhags.gg a limited permission to access, download, and analyze it solely to deliver and support the purchased service. Footage will not be published, used in marketing, or shared as an example without separate permission.
Fair play boundaries
Services are limited to legitimate review, planning, communication, leadership, and skill development. Mhags.gg does not provide boosting, account sharing, play on a customer's account, rank guarantees, cheats, exploits, automation, real-money trading, or access to confidential credentials. An order may be refused or cancelled if it requests prohibited conduct or violates a publisher's rules.
Third parties and availability
Tally, Stripe, Discord, Senja, video hosts, game publishers, and other external services operate under their own terms and policies. Mhags.gg is not responsible for third-party outages, changes, security, or content. Service timing may be reasonably extended by events outside Mhags.gg's control, with notice when practical.
Publisher intellectual property
Mhags.gg is an independent fan-made project. Game names, characters, artwork, icons, statistics, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify or discuss the games covered. Mhags.gg was created under Riot Games' "Legal Jibber Jabber" policy using assets owned by Riot Games. Riot Games does not endorse or sponsor this project. Nothing in these terms grants a customer any ownership of publisher intellectual property.
Website content and liability
Gaming statistics, rankings, dates, opinions, historical claims, and educational content may change, contain errors, or become outdated. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mhags.gg is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or service. Mhags.gg's total liability for a purchased service will not exceed the amount paid for that service. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes, governing law, and contact
These terms may be updated prospectively as the service changes. The version accepted at purchase applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, United States, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Questions may be emailed to contact@mhags.gg.
